DESIGN PROCESS
PROCESS INFORMATION

MEET AND SURVEY
The first step the construction company will meet with the investor. Capture the needs of townhouse design, find out information and survey the current status of the land that the investor wants to build a house on. Time is about 2-3 days.

DESIGN
After the survey, the architect will plan the floor plan and layout of functions. At the same time, build a 3D perspective of interior and exterior architecture for investors to approve. Time in 7-10 days.

DESIGN PLAN
After receiving the architectural & interior plan. The investor will ask to edit and supplement according to his wishes & finalize the plan to implement the next steps. The time depends on the specific requirements of the investor, about 3-4 days.

DESIGN DOCUMENTS
This is a relatively time consuming step. Architects will have to make technical drawings in detailed records including: architectural design drawings, interior design, structural records, electricity and water …

HANDING
Customers will receive a demo and detail information of all design documents and complete payment of costs. Monthly, the team of architects will supervise the construction team to ensure the quality of the work.

Khoảng báo giá của công ty xây dựng Lê Hà Anh rất rõ ràng – minh bạch. Các khoảng phát sinh ngoài hợp đồng được công ty hỗ trợ tính dự toán phù hợp với kinh phí của tôi. Công ty cũng không vô cớ phát sinh bất cứ chi phí nào ngoài danh mục dự toán nên tôi đánh giá rất cao.
