Meet the investor & survey the land
The first step the construction company will meet with the investor. Capture the needs of townhouse design, find out information and survey the current status of the land that the investor wants to build a house on. The company will then send a quote along with a design contract. Time is about 2-3 days.
Plan the floor plan & design the interior and exterior of the house.
After the survey, the architect will plan the floor plan and layout of functions. At the same time, build a 3D perspective of interior and exterior architecture for investors to approve. Time in 7-10 days.
Presenting the house design plan for the investor to approve, amend and supplement
After receiving the architectural & interior plan. The investor will ask to edit and supplement according to his wishes & finalize the plan to implement the next steps. The time depends on the specific requirements of the investor, about 3-4 days.
Deployment of construction and interior design documents

Handing over design documents, Construction supervision
This is the final step in the architectural design. Customers will receive a soft copy and a hard copy of the entire design file. The customer is responsible for finalizing the design contract. Monthly, the team of architects will supervise the construction team to ensure the quality of the work.
